ANTI-THROMBUS AGENT FOR PROMOTING CAMP PRODUCTION CONTAINING EPIGALLOCATECHIN-3-GALLATE

PURPOSE: An antithrombotic agent containing epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG) is provided to suppress Ca^2+ generation and platelet aggregation. CONSTITUTION: An antithrombotic agent contains epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG) and promotes cAMP(adenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate) generation. The antithrombotic agent suppresses platelet aggregation by activating A-kinase. The epigallocatechin-3-gallate is a main component of green tea catechin extracted from green tea leaves.
