PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for skin protection containing stabilized amino acid mixture is provided to stably penetrate in high concentration and to improve skin moisturization and skin texture. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving skin texture contains a mixture of amino acid or amino acid derivative by folding a cosmetic composition in a nanosphere. The nanosphere is obtained using collagen, hyaluronic acid, or derivative thereof as main ingredients. The mixture is mixed with arginine, proline, glycine, alanine, aspartic acid, lysine, histidine, and phenylalanine. A method for producing the nanosphere comprises: a step of mixing amino acid, hydrophilic polymer, and derivative thereof in aqueous solution and drying to obtain amino acid mixture; a step of adding viscous aqueous polymer solution into organic solvent having biodegradable polymer to obtain a first emulsion; a step of dispersing the amino acid mixture to a first emulsion to obtain a second emulsion(S/W/O, solid-in-water-in-oil); and a step of adding the second emulsion to external aqueous continuous phase to obtain a third emulsion and separating a solid.
