PURPOSE: A full-time 4-wheel driving device of a vehicle is provided to simply the structure by integrating a torque adjusting actuator into a mode switching actuator. CONSTITUTION: A full-time 4-wheel driving device of a vehicle comprises a mode switching tool(3), a clutch(5), a driven gear(9), a pressure cam(11), a sleeve drive cam(13), and a motor(15). The mode change tool is formed to switch a shift ratio to the linear motion of a sleeve(1). The clutch is formed to change the ratio distributing the power transferred to front and rear wheels by an applied pressure. A cam follower(7) is arranged on the driven gear. The pressure cam comprises a cam profile which is formed to apply the pressure to the clutch. The sleeve drive cam comprises cam profile generating the power which linearly moves the sleeve. The motor rotates the driven gear and the sleeve drive cam at the same time.
