PURPOSE: A polarizing plate and an organic electro luminescence display including the same are provided to improve optical distributing properties and to reduce the thickness of the polarizing plate. CONSTITUTION: A polarizing plate comprises a polarizing film(134), an A plate(130), and a coating film(132). The polarizing film permeates light vibrating in the same direction as a polarizing axis and absorbs or reflects the other light. The A plate is formed in the bottom of the polarizing film and has a positive refractive index. The top of the A plate is coated with the coating film.
