<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood lift-up device capable of effectively utilizing discharged fluid. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid discharged from the inside of a cylinder chamber 7d of the hood lift-up device 7 is discharged from a fluid discharge hole 7g formed in a movable part 7e and is acted on a hood 3, to suppress lowering of the hood 3.
