PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a video range the user is interested in without requiring labor of the user.

SOLUTION: A video storage device 1 includes a reaction acquisition unit 5 which determines whether a viewer's reaction is acquired while a video output unit 4 outputs video to a display unit 21 and, when the reaction is acquired, stores a time of acquisition of the reaction. A storage time range extraction unit 8 extracts a video range the user is interested in on the basis of the time of acquisition of the reaction acquired by the reaction acquisition unit 5.
