<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control apparatus, display control method, and display control program that prevent switching of an unnecessary image and reduce useless consumption of electric power when display control is synchronized between it and the other terminal. <P>SOLUTION: When switching information as information for switching a main image displayed on a main display terminal is received (YES at Step S133), it is determined whether the received switching information is successive switching information for switching the main image successively a plurality of times (Steps S138 through S142). When the received switching information is determined to be successive switching information (YES at Step S142, and YES at Steps S144 and S141), a specific image to be displayed on a display section is indexed from the received switching information (S147).
