<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve easiness of startup compared to conventional hydrogen generation apparatuses in a hydrogen generation apparatus configured so as to perform at least any one motion of depressurizing, pressure-supplementing and raw material gas purging. <P>SOLUTION: This hydrogen generation apparatus 100 is equipped with a reformer 1 generating a hydrogen-containing gas by reforming reaction using a raw material gas, and a controller 10; which is configured so as to perform at least anyone of a depressurizing motion in which elevated inner pressure in a closed space is released to the atmosphere after the sealing motion where the pathway including the reformer 1 is made to a closed space, a pressure-supplementing motion in which a gas is supplemented to the closed space to compensate reduction of inner pressure accompanying reduction of temperature, and a raw material gas purging motion in which the inside of at least the reformer 1 is purged with the raw material gas; and the controller 10 makes the hydrogen generation apparatus 100 to a stand-by state of standing ready to start at any one time before completion of depressurizing motion, before completion of pressure-supplementing motion and before raw material gas purging motion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
