<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered compact of a spinel type Ni-Cu-Zn-based ferrite coping with a technical requirement of high magnetic permeability. <P>SOLUTION: The sintered compact of the spinel type Ni-Cu-Zn-based ferrite having high magnetic permeability is obtained by controlling the dispersion width of the lattice constanct by making a ferrite raw material powder obtained by: selecting the mixing ratio of a raw material powder of an oxide in which a part of nikel is substituted with copper and the substitution amount with copper is suitably varied, a zinc oxide powder, and an iron oxide powder as starting materials; and suitably selecting the sintering temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
