PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter, a filter module and a communication apparatus, which can be miniaturized.

SOLUTION: The filter includes: a substrate; a signal line formed on the substrate, for which an input line 2a and an output line 2d formed by a distributed constant transmission line are connected in series at a contact point 3; and resonant lines 2b and 2c connected to the contact point 3 of the signal line and formed by the distributed constant transmission line. The resonant lines 2b and 2c are connected between the signal line and the ground.
