PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise control device which is loaded in an aircraft etc., the noise control device wiping away the possibility that noise arriving at a control point increases rather than before noise control and allowing circuit scale in the noise control device to be reduced. SOLUTION: A signal memory 7001 records, for a prescribed period of time, noise signals n1-n20 supplied from noise microphones 1101-1120 and error signals e1-e4 supplied from error microphones 7601-7604. A filter coefficient calculator 7000 calculates a fixed filter coefficient of a control filter 1000 by using data recorded in the signal memory 7001. A filter coefficient renewing section 5400 renews, at a given timing, a filter coefficient set at a fixed filter in the control filter 1000 to a filter coefficient read out from the filter coefficient calculator 7000.
