<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cooling structure for an engine exhaust pipe improving an air bleeding property while uniformly cooling the exhaust pipes when a cooling water passage is disposed in the array direction of the exhaust pipes, and thereby securing desired cooling effect. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling structure 1A includes an outer wall part 41 disposed to surround a plurality of exhaust pipes 5 which are arranged in series to correspond to cylinders of an engine, so that the cooling water passage WJ is formed between the outer wall part 41 and the plurality of exhaust pipes 5. Out of the outer wall part 41, a section 41a disposed below the plurality of exhaust pipes 5 is formed in a shape of bellows curved along the plurality of exhaust pipes 5 as a whole, and a section 41b disposed above the plurality of exhaust pipes 5 are formed in a substantially flat shape.
