<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure and an electronic device including the same, by which a covering member is easily attached and detached to/from a casing, further collective mounting of electronic components is not prevented, and requirement for thickness and size reduction of the electronic device is satisfied. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Fitting claws 5 of a first covering member 4 and fitting parts 10 of a second covering member 6 of the fitting structure are provided in both end positions in a width direction of the first and second covering members 4, 6. A recessed surface part 12 extends from the fitting claws 5 to an inner side of the first covering member 4, and faces to the fitting parts 10 of the second covering member 6. First chamfered parts 13 are formed on a side wall part 8 for structuring a part of an outer surface of the first covering member 4, and a part of them can abut on an edge of the casing body 9. Second chamfered parts 14 are formed on edges of the fitting claws 5, and can abut on the fitting parts 10 of the second covering member 6.
