PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating waterproof structure of a construction using a resin foam body excellent in thermal resistance, and also to provide a heat-insulating waterproof construction method used for the same. SOLUTION: The heat-insulating waterproof structure 1 is formed by laminating at least a heat-insulating material 5 and a rubber sheet 6 on the foundation surface 2 of the structure. The heat-insulating material 5 is formed by foaming a resin composition containing a copolymer (A) comprising an aromatic vinyl unit and a vinyl cyanide unit and/or a copolymer (B) comprising the aromatic vinyl unit and a fatty carboxylic acid derivative unit. Accordingly, an exposed heat-insulating adhesion method that requires thermal resistance is adopted in sheet waterproofing using the rubber sheet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
