<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of efficiently controlling measurement information held by a base station device and a mobile station device in a system in which there are a plurality of component carriers, the base station device, the mobile station device and a communication method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile station device in a mobile communication system includes the base station device and the mobile station device. The mobile station device communicates by a plurality of cells in different frequencies. The mobile station device reports while containing the result of measurements to one or a plurality of measurement reference cells made to correspond to an object to be measured to the reports of the measurements.
