<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in-vehicle communication equipment, an in-vehicle communication method, and an in-vehicle communication program for providing the other vehicle with information necessary for avoiding collision by simple processing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The in-vehicle communication equipment 60 is provided with: an attribute DB 63c for storing vehicle state information including the speed and acceleration of a vehicle and attribute information specifying the frequency of a radio wave in association with each other for each intersection; a vehicle state information acquisition part 62a for, when the vehicle approaches an intersection, acquiring vehicle state information including the speed and acceleration of the vehicle; an attribute information acquisition part 62b for acquiring the attribute information associated with the vehicle state information acquired by the vehicle state information acquisition part 62a and associated with the intersection that the vehicle approaches from the attribute DB 63c; and a communication part 61 for outputting the radio wave of a frequency specified on the basis of the attribute information acquired by the attribute information acquisition part 62b.
