<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform about proper emergency disaster information depending on target locations to inform or target recipients, regardless of handling skill of device operators on disaster prevention information. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device 1 for informing emergency disaster early warning receives emergency disaster early warning and informs target recipients about information included in the received emergency disaster early warning and/or information calculated from the received emergency disaster early warning. The device 1 for informing emergency disaster early warning includes a requesting means to answer questions which requests a device operator to answer general questions which are not directly related to informing content, and an automatic selection setting means of informing content which automatically selects and set informing content based on answers from the device operator.
