PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is capable of achieving low-temperature fixability, offset resistance, heat resistant storage stability on a level suitable for use in super high-speed systems and smear resistance, reducing the occurrence of odor and which is also excellent in pulverizability, and to provide a two developer using the toner. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a toner which contains at least a binder resin, and a colorant, wherein the binder resin contains a polyester resin (A) obtained by polycondensation of an alcohol component with a carboxylic acid component containing a fumaric acid-modified rosin, and a polyester resin (B) obtained by polycondensation of a carboxylic acid with an alcohol component containing an alkylene oxide adduct of bisphenol A to be expressed by a general formula (1). Here, R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>are each an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, R<SB>3</SB>and R<SB>4</SB>are each any one of a hydrogen atom, a linear alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms and a branched alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and x+y is 1 to 16.
