<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long flexible LED substrate without having an unwanted projecting part and a thick part in only the bent part, and being free from wiring breakage and spoiled linearity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The flexible LED substrate having wirings provided in approximately parallel with each other and cut lines up to the vicinity of one end along between the wirings comprises the turned-back substrate and the other substrate along the cut lines. A crossover part is composed by bending the turned-back substrate to the other substrate, and wirings can be connected by soldering the other substrate and the turned-back substrate at the crossover part. The soldering is conducted at the bent crossover part through see-through holes, and/or at the step part and the crossover part continued to the step.
