<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic apparatus in which the number of components can be decreased and assembly costs can be reduced by integrally forming members that require strengths. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 includes a second case 3, an upper strap bracket 8, and a release hole disposed inside the second case 3, partially exposing the upper strap bracket 8 outside and mounting a strap in an exposed portion.
