PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel support structure in a bicycle or the like having high safety with a simple structure. SOLUTION: At least one wheel of a front wheel or a rear wheel of the bicycle, has the outer rim attached with a grounding elastic member, and the inner rim for rotatably supporting the outer rim via a slidingly moving means, and the outer rim attached with the grounding elastic member is rotatably constituted by fixing the inner rim to a frame of the bicycle.
