<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manhole with a rise prevention member inexpensively manufacturable, having comparatively high strength, and capable of being stably and securely fixed to the manhole and easily assembled from the inside of the manhole. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the manhole provided with a plurality of rise prevention members 2 protruding in the radial direction from an outer peripheral face of the manhole, the rise prevention member formed of a fixed flange 4 fixed to an internal wall 3 of the manhole and a concrete block 5 including a reinforcing material and connected with the fixed flange.
