<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polychloroprene-based latex remarkably reducing an emulsifier in the latex, and having improved stability, water resistance, adhesiveness, adhesion, etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polychloroprene-based latex includes a hydrophilic group-containing water-insoluble polymer comprising a constituent derived from an acrylic monomer, and ≤3 wt.% of a conventional type emulsifier.
