<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-analysis chip capable of sequentially controlling the feed of a plurality of liquids having different viscosity and interfacial tension and stably and easily measuring specific protein in blood. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The micro-analysis chip is provided with a main channel provided with a detection part and/or a reaction part; a first introduction channel and a second introduction channel for introducing liquid to the main channel from the upstream side more than the detection part and the reaction part; and a third introduction channel for introducing the liquid to the main channel. When the minimum groove width of the first introduction channel is W1, the minimum groove width of the second introduction channel is W2, the minimum groove width of the third introduction channel is W3, and the minimum groove width of the main channel is Wm, a relation of W2<W1<Wm and a relation of W3≤W1 are satisfied in the micro-analysis chip.
