PURPOSE: An amphiprotic polymer coagulant and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce insoluble substances, and to improve performance of an amphiprotic polymer with use of an internal cross-linking agent and a post cross-linking agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an amphiprotic polymer coagulant includes a step for polymerizing a water-soluble unsaturated monomer aqueous solution containing a third class amino group or quaternary ammonium cation under first cross-linking agent presence and a step for cross-linking the polymer under the second cross-linking agent presence. A first crossing-linking agent is N,N"- methylenebis(meta) acrylamide, ethylene glycol(meta) acrylate, polyethylene(meta) acrylate and diarylamine. A second cross-linking agent is glycidyl ether, diglycidyl ether, polyglycidyl ether, diepoxy compound, a circularity epoxy compound, a diisocyanate compound and a polyisocyanate compound. |
