PURPOSE: A coating apparatus of steel pipe and steel pipe having a coating layer are provided to prevent inlet of foreign materials into a fluid and to enhance steel durability and environmentally-friendly benefit. CONSTITUTION: A coating apparatus of steel pipe comprises: a rotation unit for rotating a steel pipe(500) at the spot; a nozzle(320) having a spray for coating the inside of the steel pipe by moving in a longitudinal direction; an coating unit(330) for coating the outside of the steel pipe by moving longitudinal direction of the steel pipe; and preheating burner(340) and main burner(345) for heating the steel pipe. The nozzle comprises a third nozzle for spraying polyethylene powder through a third spray, and a second nozzle for spraying adhesive through a second spray.
