LASER BEAM MEASURMENT OF REFLECTION TYPE

PURPOSE: A laser beam measuring system of reflection type is provided to automatically revise distortion of laser and offset and gain value. CONSTITUTION: A focusing lens(110) focuses the entered laser beam at the constant tilt angle. A reflect plate(120) defocuses the laser beam by reflecting the laser beam focused through the focusing lens. A condenser lens(130) forms a laser beam defocused at the constant tilt angle through the reflect plate into the collimated light. A CCD camera(140) takes a picture of the image of the laser beam which enters as the collimated light.
