RF SWITCH USING MEMS

PURPOSE: An RF switch using unit is provided to connect a contact part of a switch to a transmission line by transferring a switch contact part in horizontal and vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: An RF signal transmission unit comprises a signal wire for transmitting a high frequency or a high power signal. A driving unit is installed in an upper part of the RF signal transmission unit. The driving unit responds to a switching command of the signal and switches the signal wire based on a horizontal and vertical supply. The RF signal transmission unit is arranged adjacent to the signal wire and a ground line. A gap(405) is formed in the central part of the signal wire.
