<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device, an information providing method and an information providing program, capable of providing information about a facility to a visitor visiting the facility, in response to the situation of the visitor. <P>SOLUTION: A system control part acquires, at a proper time interval, a basket ID read by a reader from an IC tag carried by the visitor existing within an area 10-k, or carried together with the visitor, calculates at least one of a staying time in the area 10-k of the visitor corresponding to the basket ID, and a coming-in frequency within the area 10-k thereof, based on the received basket ID, acquires exhibition information corresponding to a matched exhibition condition, when matched with any of the stored exhibition conditions, as to at least one of the calculated staying time and the coming-in frequency, and outputs the acquired exhibition information to an exhibition device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
