<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity detection circuit capable of inhibiting degradation in noise correction accuracy caused by a variation in power supply voltage or a change in temperature. <P>SOLUTION: An analog/digital conversion circuit 101 converts a monitor signal Smnt and a sensor signal Ssnc from a physical quantity sensor into a digital monitor signal Dmnt and a digital sensor signal Dsnc, respectively. A correction circuit 102 controls amplitude and a phase of the digital monitor signal Dmnt, generates a digital correction signal Dcor for attenuating noise of the digital sensor signal Dsnc, and also corrects the digital sensor signal Dsnc by means of the digital correction signal Dcor to output a digital sensor signal DDD. A wave detection circuit 103 detects a physical quantity signal Dphy corresponding to a physical quantity applied to the physical quantity sensor from the digital sensor signal DDD. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
