PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger monitor of a vehicle, for identifying a state of a passenger not sitting on a seat inside a cabin, detecting a state corresponding to a generation of the passenger not sitting on the seat by an identification signal of an age or the like of the passenger, and allowing driving control corresponding to the identification signal. SOLUTION: The passenger monitor of the vehicle for detecting motion of passengers inside the cabin of the vehicle and monitoring a situation of the passengers inside the vehicle includes: a passenger state detection device for detecting the situation of the passengers inside the cabin; and a control device for making a driver detect the passenger identification signal through a display alarm device when receiving a passenger situation detection signal from the passenger state detection device and identifying the passenger not sitting on the seat from the passenger situation detection signal, and controlling an engine control device and a brake control device when identifying an unstable state inside the vehicle to adjust a traveling state of the vehicle.
