<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal compressor having a circulation flow passage to a diffuser flow passage, which can adjust the circulation flow passage to adjust a stable flow rate range so as to expand to a low flow rate side. <P>SOLUTION: The centrifugal compressor includes a rotation shaft 3 for being rotatably driven, an impeller 5 fixed to the rotation shaft 3 and for compressing sucked fluid, a diffuser flow passage 7 for guiding the fluid from the impeller 5 to a radial direction of the rotation shaft 3, and a circulation flow passage 9 for returning a part of the fluid flowing to the diffuser flow passage 7 from a downstream range of the diffuser flow passage 7 to an upstream range thereof. The circulation flow passage 9 includes flow-in openings 9a that open to the diffuser flow passage 7 in the downstream range, a plurality of flow-out openings 9b that open to the diffuser flow passage 7 in the upstream range, flow-in flow passages 9c extending to an intermediate part of the circulation flow passage 9 from the flow-in openings 9b, a plurality of flow-out flow passages 9d extending to the plurality of flow-out flow openings 9b, each branched from the intermediate part, and a plurality of valves 19 provided to the plurality of flow-out flow passages 9d, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
