PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable generator capable of performing, to a game player, suggestion or announcement of a jackpot by an unpredictable movable behavior, and to provide a Pachinko machine. SOLUTION: The movable generator 17 includes: a shaft 18; a plurality of decorative pieces provided respectively to be rotatable around the shaft, and composed of one driving-side decorative piece 19a located at one end of the shaft and a plurality of driven-side decorative pieces 19b-h arranged in line from the driving-side decorative piece toward the other end side of the shaft; a motor 20 which normally and reversely rotates the driving decorative piece around the shaft; and a normal rotation connecting mechanism 21 and a reverse rotation connecting mechanism 22 which connect mutually adjacent decorative pieces of the plurality of decorative pieces so that the driven-side decorative pieces normally/reversely rotate with a time difference in order according to the normal/reverse rotation of the driving decorative piece.
