<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver for dial fine adjustment for providing ease of operation, and properly and finely adjusting an adjustment dial provided at a variable volume device as intended by an operator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The driver includes a grippably formed casing, an input shaft fitted in the casing and formed to input rotation from one end of the casing to the other end exposed to an outer part, an output shaft fitted in the casing to be in parallel or concentric to the input shaft and in which the tip end bit jointed to the adjustment dial provided at the variable volume device is attached to the one end exposed to the outer part from the other end of the casing, and a rotation transmission mechanism fitted in the casing and rotating the output shaft by receiving rotation from the input shaft with the number of rotation less than the one of the input shaft.
