<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller, in which deformation of a joining member caused by pressing in demolding by a movable member disposed in a mold for injection molding is avoided and degradation in fluid property and increase in mass of the joining member caused by increase in radial thickness is suppressed, in an impeller having a substantially annular joining member joining a plurality of rotor blades to one another, and to provide a fan apparatus and a method of manufacturing the impeller. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The impeller 1 includes: a support portion 21; the plurality of rotor blades 22; and the substantially annular joining member formed along a circumferential direction around an axis 17 to join the plurality of rotor blades to one another. The support member 21, the plurality of rotor blades 22, and the joining member 23 are integrally molded with a continuous resin member. At least one of two faces 26, 27 respectively directed to both sides in an axial 17 direction of the joining member 23 has at least one widened portion 28 formed by partially increasing the radial width of the face 26 or 27.
