<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system appropriately notifying a vehicle driver of risks based on situations that change over time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information system includes: a driving aptitude diagnostic item point data storage means for storing point data about driving aptitude diagnostic items for a driver driving a vehicle; a residence data storage means for storing block data about a block where the driver lives; an average point data calculating means for calculating the driver's average point data based on the point data and the block data; a map data storage means for storing road data about roads that the vehicle travels and block data about blocks around the roads; a risk map data creation means for creating risk map data wherein the driver's average point data are associated with the block data; and a driving aptitude diagnostic item data distribution means for distributing the risk map data.
