PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a creation of a digest picture simple to improve an editorial efficiency. SOLUTION: An information-processing device has: a dynamic picture image obtaining part for obtaining an on-camera dynamic picture image; and an event obtaining part for obtaining event data as the information expressing a scene every frame of the dynamic picture image obtained by the dynamic picture image obtaining part. Further, when the event data obtained by the event obtaining part satisfies the predetermined condition, a cut signal is generated, and the dynamic picture image is cut in the determined range on the basis of the cut signal and stored in a nonvolatile storage medium.
