A method and device for generating a stereoscopic panoramic video stream and a method and device of video conference are provided in the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes the steps of: acquiring depth information of at least two video images; acquiring image data of multiple depth layers from the corresponding video image according to the depth information of every video image; implementing splicing between video image data according to the acquired image data of multiple depth layers, and generating a stereoscopic panoramic video stream. So telepresence conference video images, which are panoramic, high-resolution, jointless and three-dimensional stereoscopic, can be provided for users according to multiple display modes of different display devices.
