A magneto-optic crystal, a method of making the same, and application apparatus thereof. There is a permanent magnetic domain magnetic film set on the surface of the magneto-optic crystal. The permanent magnetic domain includes fringes along the direction of the magnetic filed. The fringes include at least one of the followings: points, continuous or discontinuous lines, and the gaps between the fringes are matched with the state of the free energy of the magneto-optic crystal or the gaps of the naturally formed stripy compound magnetic domains.
