A computation unit (2) determines fuel or energy consumption for time unit and/or life period of an emergency power supply device (6). A telecommunication device (3a) is automatically connected with another emergency power supply device after starting the former supply device. The telecommunication device transmits information of the fuel or energy supply and the fuel or energy consumption for time unit and/or life period of the former supply device to the latter supply device.
