PURPOSE: A body sensitive touch switch and a switch device thereof are provided to form the electrode of a touch switch which has a flexible form regardless of the shape of product. CONSTITUTION: An electrode(110) is electrically connected to a capacity type sensor and is contacted with the body of a user. A capacitive sensor(120) senses the change of an electric capacitance of the electrode. A control module(130) outputs a driving signal corresponding to the sensed signal from the change of the capacitance of a capacitive sensor. The electrode is formed by using conductive coating.
