WIRE GRID POLARIZER WITH MULTI TOP LAYER FORMED THEREON AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A nano wire grid polarizer and a manufacturing method thereof for improving transmittance property according to wavelength are provided to increase the adhesive property and scratch resistance of the wire grid and maintain a polarization function of a polarizer. CONSTITUTION: A nano structure(102) is formed on a transparent substrate(101). A part of a passivation layer(103) covers a nanostructure. A metal pattern is formed on the top of the passivation layer. A plurality of top layers of the different refractivity is formed on the top of the metal pattern. A pore(108) is formed on an area between a first top layer, arranged on the top layer, and the nano structure.
