VDD DETECTOR IN SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A VDD detector in a semiconductor memory device is provided to minimize unnecessary power consumption by using the enable signal of a delay locked loop as the enable of power voltage detection circuit. CONSTITUTION: An enable part(20) responds to a power supply voltage stabilization mode signal and a delay locked loop enable signal. The enable part generates a detection enable signal. A power voltage level detection unit(25) responds to the detection enable signal. The power voltage level detection unit detects the level of the power supply voltage.
