JIG APPARATUS FOR CLAMPING UNIT

PURPOSE: A jig apparatus for a clamping unit is provided to use a jig base commonly by freely setting up the height of the clamping unit according to the kind of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A jig apparatus for a clamping unit comprises fixed and movable frames(13,21), an elevating motor(M), a rail pin(37), and multiple assembling rails(R1,R3). The fixed frame is installed on a jig base(1) through a mounting block(11). The movable frame vertically slides through the rail. The movable frame has an assembly block(31) and a T-shaped screw hole. The assembly block has a horizontal pin groove(33) and a longitudinal mounting groove. The elevating motor engages with the screw hole of the movable frame. The rail pin is installed along the pin hole of the assembly block. The assembling rail is horizontally moved along the pin hole.
