PURPOSE: A power divider is provided to form the power divider with a CMOS process by converting the Wilkilson power divider formed as micro strip into the passive device. CONSTITUTION: A first coil(L1) is serially connected between an input port and a first output port. A second coil(L2) is serially connected between the input port and a second output port(OUT2). A parallel resistance(R) is connected between the connecting point between the connecting point between the first coil and the first output port, and the second coil and the second output port. A first capacitor(C1) is connected between the connecting point between the input port, and the first coil and earth. A second capacitor(C2) is connected between the connecting point between the input port, and the second coil and earth. A third capacity(C3) is connected between the connecting point between the parallel resistance, and the first coil and earth. A fourth capacitor(C4) is connected between the connecting point between the parallel resistance, and the second coil and earth. |
