<p>PURPOSE: A switching device is provided to improve the switching speed of a switching device by improving the operation voltage of the switching device. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode(31) is formed on a substrate(30). A first solid electrolyte layer(32) is formed on the bottom electrode. A second solid electrolyte layer(33) is formed on the first solid electrolyte layer.
