<p>PURPOSE: A fixing device and an image forming device having the same are provided to improve a heating configuration. CONSTITUTION: A heating device has exothermic member(120) and a pair of terminal parts(140a,140b). The heating member is formed into longitudinal direction. The pair of terminal parts is formed on both side of the heating member. The pair of terminal parts supports a current to the heating member. Contact points which current is supported to heating member through the pair of terminal parts is controlled into longitudinal direction.</p> |
