A GINSENG FRAGRANCE CONCENTRATION METHOD BY SYNTHETIC ABSORBENTS AND THE GINSENG FRAGRANCE EXTRACT

PURPOSE: A method for concentrating ginseng flavor by a synthetic adsorbent and a ginseng flavor concentrate liquid are provided to cheaply and industrially collect natural ginseng flavor with high yield. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng flavor is concentrated by passing condensed water containing ginseng flavor on a synthetic adsorbent and eluting ginseng flavor ingredient by ethyl alcohol. The synthetic adsorbent is porous styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer. The synthetic adsorbent is activated by immersing in ethyl alcohol and washing with water. The synthetic adsorbent having ginseng flavor ingredient is obtained by eluting with 1.3-2.7 weight parts of ethyl alcohol, locking release valve of lower end until ethyl alcohol reaches to bottom of the synthetic adsorbent; and a step of opening valve and eluting ginseng flavor ingredient in a release rate of 0.3-0.7 kg/hr.
