<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting container which can be used sanitarily and continuously even if a content liquid drips from the upper edge of a spouting tube. <P>SOLUTION: The spouting container 1 includes a container body 2 storing the content liquid, an inner stopper 3 attached to the mouth part 20 of the container body 2 and the spouting tube 4 spouting the content liquid, wherein the inner stopper 3 is provided with an inner tube 33 arranged on the inside of the mouth part 20 and the spouting tube 4 is inserted in the inside of the inner tube 33 movably in the axial direction and a liquid pool part 6 surrounded by the inner periphery face of the inner stopper 3 and a liquid collecting path 7 making the liquid pool part 6 communicate with the inside of the container body 2 are formed each on the outer periphery of the spouting tube 4 and a seal part 45, which is arranged at the lower part of the opening edge at the container body 2 side of the liquid collecting path 7 separately and closes the opening edge by relative movement of the spouting tube 4 in the upper side of the axial direction to the inner stopper 3, is provided on the spouting tube 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
