<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented soybean container which has air permeability to promote fermentation of boiled beans without requiring special sealing operation and prevents a foreign substance such as insect or the like from entering into the storage part and has a low cost and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the soybean container 1, an outside dent opening 8 and an inside dent opening 8' are formed each at the outer periphery side and inner periphery side of the sword guard part 4 and a ditch part 7 communicating both dent openings 8, 8' and having a predetermined length is formed on the sword guard part 4 and by bringing a sealing material 3 in contact with the sword guard part 4, a ventilation hole with a thin width to ventilate the storage part 2 to the outside air is formed with the sealing material 3 and both dent openings 8, 8' and the ditch part 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
